great sofa!

Just received delivery of this sectional and pretty impressed with the quality and look of the couch. It is firm but comfy, and the material seems durable.

Pleasantly surprised

I bought this sofa “sight unseen” - online only. It is a little on the hard side but looks good in my space. I would’ve given five stars but the delivery team was barely a star - dragged the furniture across the floor. Used very little care. Didn’t unpack the item and left me to do this on my own. Thank goodness it was well wrapped. You’d be better off picking it up yourself. Owner answers emails immediately.

Love the couch! Fits perfectly in the space we had and is really good quality. However, its a bit too firm for us but it doesn't really bother us too much so we are going to keep it.
